The Process Insight application is designed to provide critical insights into the pharmaceutical manufacturing process. It offers intuitive dashboards to detect deviations and, issue alerts and empower data-driven decision-making.ensures seamless access to critical parameters and attributes, centralizing data for real-time monitoring and reporting.
The pharmaceutical industry operates under stringent regulations, requiring an application like Process Insight to offer precision and clarity. The target audience, primarily Quality SMEs (Subject Matter Experts), needs a tool that simplifies complex data workflows while adhering to industry standards.
Objective
The primary goal of the project was to:
- Integrate Process Insight into NGP to provide a unified experience.
- Maintain consistency in functionality while adapting the UI/UX to NGP standards.
- Simplify the complex workflows of CPV (Continued Process Verification) management.
- Enhance information architecture for better navigation and usability.
By achieving these objectives, we aimed to improve user efficiency, reduce cognitive load, and establish a robust decision-support system.
